This is one of the greatest question in the history of philosophy. Kant distinguished an empirical self, made of our personality, our memories, the general sensory perception of ourselves and the world, and a transcendental self, made of pure logic and reason, free from empiricity. I am just another mixture of these two, just like everyone else.
I mainly made this website for myself — though I question that claim. I keep writing in English despite being Italian, which already contradicts the premise - to keep stuff organized as if it were an archive of my writing and works; also I like the idea of adding myself to the peer2peer network of knowledge spreaders. I'll post both italian and english versions of the pieces and writings to the website, but the english one will be inevitably worse :(.
